This page explains what personal data we process when you use the magazinfermierul.ro website and what rights you have.

Who processes the data

The data controller is SC AUTOROM CHRISTIAN SRL, tax identification code (CUI) RO2828787, Trade Register no. J30/1585/1992, with its registered office at Str. Ambudului nr. 25, Satu Mare. You can write to us at [email protected].

What data we collect

• The contact form. The name, phone number and message you send us. We use them only to reply to you.
• Emails and calls. If you email or call us directly, we use the data only to respond to your request.
• Technical server logs. Like any website, the server and the Cloudflare network through which the website is delivered record the IP address and browser type, for security and operational purposes.

Legal basis and retention period

We process the form data in order to respond to your request, at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and in our legitimate interest in communicating with customers (Art. 6(1)(f)). We keep messages for as long as necessary to reply to you and to keep a record of the communication, and then we delete them.

Who we share the data with

Messages sent through the form are delivered to us by email via a form submission service. We do not sell or rent your data. We do not send newsletters.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability. To exercise any of these rights, write to us at [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing, www.dataprotection.ro.

Cookies

The website does not use analytics or marketing cookies.

• Technical security cookies. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies to protect against attacks. They do not identify you.
• Accessibility preferences. If you use the accessibility menu, your choices, such as text size or contrast, are saved only in your browser so that they remain active on your next visit. You can delete them in your browser settings.
• External links. Links to Facebook, Google Maps or other websites open those websites, which have their own privacy policies.
